With a tenure of 27 years in multifamily real estate, Robert has built reliable experience marked by his role in closing apartment sales totaling approximately $750 million. His expertise extends to creating and managing numerous real estate syndications, delivering an average 2x return on equity to investors. In addition to his brokerage accomplishments, he has applied his acute vision to the renovation of properties ranging from minor refurbishments to comprehensive overhauls, the development of new properties, and the management of a substantial portfolio encompassing some 2,800 apartment units.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, where he majored in Urban Land Economics with a focus on Finance — a solid foundation that has underpinned his professional journey.
